Legislative Compliance

• Waste collection permits for every County in Ireland;
• Disposal Certificates issued to customer and the Company from all disposal facilities utilised;
• Oil based Liquid Waste is disposed at Sita Environmental located at Greenougue Industrial Estate, Dublin. They hold an EPA licence for the treatment and recycling of the above mentioned waste;
• Grease and Sand Trap Waste is disposed at BEOFS, Callan, Co. Kilkenny. They hold an EPA licence for the anaerobic digestion of the above mentioned waste;
• Contaminated Soil from interceptors, oil spills and drain silt is disposed at Murphy Environmental located at Hollywood Landfill, Naul, Co. Dublin. They hold an EPA Waste Licence No 129 - 1 for the inert disposal of the above mentioned waste. *
• Hazardous Chemicals are disposed at Shannon Environmental located in Shannon, Co Limerick. They hold an EPA licence for the treatment and disposal of all Annex 1 listed chemicals. *

* Laboratory Analysis required before disposal, this is carried out by AlControl Laboratories, Dublin.
